RESPONDENT APPLICATION

Peer Court is a Voluntary program, which means that you can choose to participate, or choose not to - it’s up to you. But if you choose to participate, you will be required to do the following:

1. Maintain positive behavior and break no laws or school rules
2. Go to class and maintain or improve your grades
3. Do not get arrested or suspended while part of the program
4. Sign and complete a contract at Peer Court, if appropriate
5. YOU MUST COMPLETE, SIGN, DATE, AND RETURN THIS APPLICATION TO PEER COURT STAFF.

2. Are you ready to accept responsibility for what you did and take action to fix it?

3. Will you be able to answer the questions of the court truthfully?

4. What punishment will you get from the school or police if you choose not to participate?
